This month we’re excited to share several new feature launches designed to help you keep your Reviews organized, get a clearer overview of your team’s performance, and recover files when needed. Here’s what’s new. |
Reporting Dashboard Update
The new Reporting Dashboard is now available to all Advanced Plans and above.
The Reporting Dashboard offers an overview of the status of Reviews with ongoing deadlines, open tasks, and approval decisions. It also shows basic stats, including time to reach final approvals, missed deadlines, missed and completed tasks, versions required per Review, and more. If you are on an advanced or higher plan, you’ll see it under Settings on the Dashboard.

Trash Bin Added
We've updated our file management so that when any files, Reviews, Projects, or Clients are deleted, they are moved to a "Trash" bin instead of being immediately deleted. This will provide you with the opportunity to recover any inadvertently deleted content. The content will remain in the trash bin for a period of 14 days before it is permanently deleted. You can empty the bin sooner if you prefer.
The trash listing for individual files is a tab in the Review edit menu, while the trash for deleted Reviews, Projects, and Clients can be accessed in your account settings. |
Batch Actions for Reviews
To make Review management easier, batch actions have now been added for Reviews so that you can trash or archive multiple Reviews in one step. You can access these batch actions through the Dashboard Table View. |
