📅 Bookings feature is here!

Nikola, CTO

Our most-requested feature is finally here. 🎉

You can now create, manage, and sell free or paid sessions directly inside MailerLite: create 1:1 calls, group coaching sessions, webinars, you name it!

This means the days of your "Frankenstein" tech stack glued together by APIs (and hope) are officially over.

For real, keep reading. 👇

From "pick your brain" to paid in 30 minutes

Here's how you can build out your own client nurture engine from one discovery call:

  1. Head to Products > Bookings and create two event types: a free 20-min discovery call and a paid 60-min strategy session.

  2. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar—MailerLite automatically blocks out any time you're already busy.

  3. Add custom questions at the checkout, like, "What's your biggest challenge right now?" so you show up fully prepared.

  4. Set up a post-booking automation: a confirmation email goes out instantly, a reminder fires an hour before the call, and a follow-up with a link to book the paid session goes out 24 hours after the free call ends.

  5. Drop the booking link in your next campaign using the Products block which automatically populates all the details.

And voilà! Your client funnel: from first impression to paid session, automated and running inside a single platform.
